What's included?

  • Complimentary session

(First session is about getting to know you and your body and any previous injuries/surgeries you might have had that may be impacting you today. After a brief summary about yourself, a Fitness assessment will be done to figure out where we will start.)

  • body Composition scan 

(Medical-grade analyzers use four pillars of technology to provide accurate, precise direct segmental measurement multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis extensively validated to gold-standard methods.)​

  • exercise Journal

(Exercises will vary SLIGHTLY week by week. Every 6-8 weeks your muscles will adapt and grow, this is the period in time where you will see a dramatic change in your exercise program. We keep track of the exercises for you and are available anytime.)​​

  • access to meal recommendations​

(NOTE: we are not a Licensed ​Dietician nor do we out give meal plans. However, both of our coaches have a degree in Kinesiology with a emphasis in exercise, wellness and nutrition. Our coaches are here to help you with any questions you have regarding your current diet. We are here to share with you our basic understanding of nutrition and what has helped ourselves and others.)
